Our product is uniquely adjustable to offer optimum comfort and support throughout your pregnancy. Our Pregnancy Pillow provides support around your belly, lower back, pelvis, knees and ankles for full 5-point support.

Inner pillows are filled with TOXPROOF certified and food grade expanded polystyrene (EPS) beads. This is a soft, durable lightweight material, moulding to your body and staying in shape as well as keeping you cool. The material is odour-free with natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Tested according to EN71 Toy Safety standard and more. Soft and breathable outer cover in 95% cotton and 5% spandex jersey fabric Standard 100 by Oeko-tex class 1. Certified.

Designed in Norway. Pillow measures approximately 150cmxØ20 cm and weighs 1,2 kg.

Care Instructions:

Product Cover: Machine wash (max. 40 °C) with similar colours

Inner Pillow: Do not wash. Wipe of the inner pillow cover with a washing cloth and a gentle liquid detergent. Fluff and shake by hand to keep the shape. Air it out, every month or so air your pillow for a few hours.

About Bbhugme:

Developed by natural and medical health professionals

Bbhugme was created by three chiropractors from Norway, Hilde, Ann Kristin and Elisabeth, who shared a deep interest in chiropractic care of pregnant women, moms and babies. They saw many teary, sleep-deprived women who were suffering from pelvic and back pain before, during and after pregnancy. The three realized that the women needed even more support and care – a long-lasting, take-home solution that could support them beyond the care they get at clinics. This was the origin of the bbhugme pillow.

A better pillow

The three chiropractors got together with designers to make a unique pillow that mothers could count on for support. The pillow comes from focus on the details that matter. The right shape, filled with a specific size and type of mircobeads, gives sturdy, but flexible support for every body type. The pillow fabric is elastic, yet strong enough to avoid being ripped when used. Allergy- and eco-friendliness are also important. For nursing the baby, it helps if the pillow can be strapped around the body. Zippers and velcro aren’t soft enough, so we use a tie that allows mothers to remove and wash the outer sleeve.
